My client is a cutting-edge modern law firm based in Manchester, who due to continued growth, are now seeking a Solicitor Team Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, committed and qualified individual with proven experience of PQE in civil litigation, SRA regulation and working within a large high-volume claims business.

You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to make winning commercial decisions while being ambitious, open and transparent with strong technical knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.

Excellent business acumen and development skills are essential and you will thrive working under pressure in a target driven environment with the ability to handle multiple demands and successfully lead and manage a team.
