My client is a specialist Conveyancing firm based in Wakefield who are now seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years’ experience and be able to manage their own caseload of matters including Sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and Newbuild properties.

You will have excellent communication and computer skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Within this role, as a senior case handler, you will be supported by a dedicated Legal Assistant.
