Private Client Solicitor is required by an excellent, trusted and truly personal Multi-Service Law Firm based in Wiltshire.

You will be a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE. This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking for personal and career development opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.

Role & Required Experience:

• Excellent experience of Will Drafting, Probate and Administration of Estates.
• Experienced in Inheritance Tax Planning & Trusts, Drafting and Administration.
• In-depth knowledge of elderly client issues, LPA’s, Nursing Home funding and deputyships.
• Ideally STEP qualified or working towards full membership.
• To take on an existing case load of Private Client work
• To carry out any other duties within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
• Developing close working relationships with other departments such as Commercial in order to grow new business and cross sell.
