HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

£45,000 (negotiable)

THE ROLE
I am currently working with a full service law firm based in Leeds. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a head of Residential and Commercial property department on a permanent, full time basis.

THE CANDIDATE
• At least 5+ experience in dealing with both residential and commercial property matters.
• Experience of managing Residential Conveyancing files from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Experience of using case management systems and revising systems.
• Assisting with the setup of a new digital app.
• CQS experience is desired however the candidate has to be a Solicitor or Cilex qualified for Directorship.
