£25,000 - £32,000

THE ROLE
I am currently working with a multi service law firm based in Birkenhead, Hamilton Square. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner on a full time basis.

THE CANDIDATE
• Minimum 2 years Fee Earning experience required, dealing with all aspects and types of Sale & Purchase transactions.
• Head up either a team of 2 or 3 (depending upon level of caseload and responsibilities) with 1 or 2 Conveyancing Assistants
• Deal with all aspects of a Conveyancing transaction and delegate accordingly to their Assistant(s)
• Deal with a mixed caseload of Freehold/Leasehold/New Build/Share Ownership/Help to Buy sale and purchase transactions.
• Ensure that matters for which responsible are run efficiently.
• Carry out invoicing and credit control on matters for which has responsibility.
