In order to allow our employees a better work / life balance we have a working week of 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4.30pm on a Friday. Highest weekly achievers finish at 4.00pm on a Friday and ‘CTO’ is built up of time owed based on performance and dedication to the career chosen.
