Conveyancing Assistant - Leeds


I am currently working with a traditional, full service law firm located in Leeds. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Assistant on a permanent, full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience within a similar role and be familiar with the whole Conveyancing process. Ideally, you will have experience assisting on files from inception through to completion including matters such as sales and purchase, remortgage, freehold and leasehold. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and IT skills with a confident telephone manner, able to liaise with various third parties.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience within Conveyancing
• Ability to assist with Conveyancing files
• Team player
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Strong telephone manner

Vacancy Information:

• Location: Leeds
• Salary range (DOE): £16,000 - £22,000
• Job type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (full-time)
