THE ROLE
I am currently working with a multi-service, premier law firm based in Preston. Due to continued success, the firm are now looking to recruit an RTA Litigation Executive on a permanent, full time basis.

THE CANDIDATE
• Minimum 12 months’ experience managing a litigated caseload
• Fast Track and Multi Track RTA Claims experience
• RTA Claims from issuing to trial
• Experience with recovering Credit Hire losses
• Knowledge of liability arguments is essential
• Case management experience, ideally Proclaim
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Able to use CPR and Case Law effectively
