£30,000 - £35,000

THE ROLE
I am currently working with a modern and progressive law firm based in Warlingham. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer on a permanent, full time basis.

THE CANDIDATE
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Residential Property
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer OR experienced Fee Earner
• Ability to manage a high caseload from file opening through to completion
• Excellent file management and drafting skills - essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
