Klein Hamilton Legal and Finance are currently working with a multi-service law firm based in Central Manchester who are now looking for a New Claims Team Manager to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role and possess excellent technical skills also with the ability to nurture and maintain existing supplier relationships.

Experience handling Personal Injury claims is essential and you should be a strong communicator with excellent telephone skills.

You will be expected to provide day to day management of a team including overseeing staff performance and client care to ensure the consistent delivery of a premium service through the optimum use of all processes, systems and resources.

Key Skills:

- Highly conversed with excel and online spreadsheets
- Highly competent in analysing reports
- Highly competent in using a CRM based system
- Confident in implementing further structure to boost productivity and performance
