I am currently working with a specialist law firm based in Leeds who are now seeking a Housing Solicitor on a permanent, full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years PQE and be able to deal with a caseload of disrepair claims, both social and private landlord. You should also have knowledge of matters including unlawful evictions and enforcement proceedings resulting from non-payment of damages or costs.

Impeccable client care is essential and you will have strong communication skills.
