RTA Pre-Litigation Fee earner / Paralegal is required by a bustling, well established and sophisticated Specialist Personal Injury Law Firm in the heart of Bolton.

You will be an experienced Pre-Litigation Fee earner with minimum 1/2 years’ experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a Fee earner looking for personal and career development opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.

Skills & Experience required:
• Dealing with off the Portal files.
• Handling disputed files.
• Investigating Liability.
• Making Part 36 offers.
• Preparing files for Litigation.
• Preparing witness statements.
