EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/LICENSED CONVEYANCER

£40,000 - £50,000

THE ROLE
I am currently working with a multi service law firm based in Brixton. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer on a permanent, full time basis.

THE CANDIDATE
• The candidate must have the relevant conveyancing experience to handle a caseload on their own
• Supervisory experience needed as they will need to build a team.
• Will have to have exceptional business development skills.
• Must also be able to cross refer work to help build the litigation department that is being started in Brixton and will form the Litigation hub for the south of London.
• Someone with a following would be ideal, but the proven ability to quickly build a conveyancing department is the most important skill.
