Klein Hamilton Legal and Finance are currently working with a ranked Legal 500 law firm based in Harlow who are now looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years PQE and experience of both Civil Litigation and Employment law, candidates must have a good knowledge of civil procedure rules and preferably some experience of the high court.

You will need to have an understanding of the different funding options available, the importance of giving costs estimates, and ensuring good financial management of the cases. We do some work on a fixed fee structure so the candidate will need the ability to run cases efficiently within budget.
