I am currently working with a specialist law firm based in Bolton who are seeking a Debt Recovery Solicitor to join their team due to constant expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years PQE and experience within business to business debt recovery, (including charging orders, bankruptcy and winding up petitions) as well as more general commercial contract claims is desirable.

You will be responsible for a bulk caseload of small claims. Day to day duties include assessing liability and quantum, drafting court documents alongside any standard duties. Strong communication and attention to detail is essential.
