THE ROLE
I am currently working with a well-established law firm based in Wigan. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Commercial Litigator on a permanent, full time basis.

THE CANDIDATE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Commercial Litigation
• Experience with Commercial and general dispute work including Commercial contractual disputes, Insolvency, Debt Recovery and Property Disputes
• Ability to manage your own caseload
• Excellent telephone manner, able to confidently liaise with third parties
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
