COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR

£50,000 - £55,000

THE ROLE
I am currently working with a boutique, full service law firm based in London. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor on a permanent, full time basis. You will be well versed in transactional commercial documentation contract and negotiation and your practical, pragmatic and risk based approach will allow you to advise on a broad range of predominantly non-contentious matters reporting and working directly with two senior partners in the company commercial department.

THE CANDIDATE
• Minimum 2 – 3 years post qualified Solicitor
• Experience within general Commercial work and be well versed in transactional commercial documentation contracts and negotiation
• Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
• Team player with a keen attention to detail
• Robust legal training from a reputable law firm or recognised in-house legal department
• Italian language skills are an advantage but not essential
