When I was searching for jobs I spoke with Shane as one of four recruiters I was dealing with. At first I thought it would be just like the rest, I'll have a phone call then one of two roles will come up. After speaking with Shane he told me exactly what he was going to do, what type of businesses he was going to look at for me and why. He had taken in everything I had told him and was matching roles with what I had requested.
I spoke with Shane many times through out the few weeks and he was keeping me updated with progress and what he had been doing. I was kept in the loop the entire time and knew exactly what he did and when.
He found me a couple of jobs which I was happy to pursue and more importantly managed to arrange them within a weeks notice as I was in the area.
I attended both interviews Shane arranged for me and received call backs on both which shows I was suited to both jobs. When I was in receipt of an offer, Shane fully understood when I felt the role was not really worth me relocating from so far.
With this Shane renegotiated the role and arranged a higher role, with better salary. At this point I receieved a call back from the other interview and he understood I did not want to turn down the offer I had received.

Over all I can not complain in the slightest, in the way my experience went with Shane. It fully exceeded expectations and I have passed his details on to three friends already and would not hesitate to pass it to others.
